Challenge: WeBe Life Inc. aimed to increase user engagement on its B2B2C
When I joined WeBe Life Inc., I quickly observed that the product, originally designed for the B2B2C market, wasn’t resonating with its intended audience. In my first 90 days, I conducted an in-depth analysis, uncovering critical insights through comprehensive market research that examined the product’s structure, user behaviors, competition, and broader market trends. This deep dive led to strategic realignments and a refined product roadmap that better matched user needs and market demands.
To tackle WeBe’s user engagement challenges, I implemented a robust KPI tracking system to provide actionable insights, supporting product refinements driven by real user data. As a result, we achieved a 25% increase in user engagement and a 10% reduction in churn by aligning agile sprint planning with cross-functional collaboration. My efforts culminated in the development and launch of WeBe 3.0, a fully optimized suite with segmented product offerings, optimized features, and a redefined strategy that strengthened our competitive position. The enhancements not only diversified revenue streams but also significantly improved product adoption and strategic partnerships, setting WeBe Life Inc. on a path of sustainable growth and market relevance.
Challenge: Dripylux needed to improve customer satisfaction and retention in a competitive market
- Dripylux, a Nigerian startup with a bold mission to connect local fashion designers with the global market, initially struggled with low customer satisfaction and retention due to a misaligned product and a weak sales engine. Upon joining the team, I led a comprehensive strategy overhaul, niching down to a specific target market and redefining customer personas through extensive user research. This focused approach informed the development of a new e-commerce platform designed to meet the distinct needs of both vendors and buyers, effectively bridging the gap between Nigerian fashion and international audiences.
I implemented agile backlog management, prioritizing customer feedback and enhancing the user experience across the product lifecycle. Additionally, I forged strategic brand partnerships to drive platform adoption, attending pitch events to attract investors and positioning Dripylux as a key player in Nigeria’s growing fashion-tech industry. In my role as product owner, I took an active stance in product evangelism, communicating effectively with stakeholders to align on vision, performance metrics, and growth strategies. These efforts led to a 30% increase in customer satisfaction, a significant boost in retention, and, ultimately, sustainable revenue growth as Dripylux gained traction in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
Building a Lean Legal Marketplace from Ideation to Development
Challenge: The legal services market can be complex, with clients often struggling to find affordable, reliable access to qualified lawyers
- In the ideation phase, I led our team through in-depth market research and competitive analysis, honing the platform’s unique value propositions. This foundational work informed our product roadmap, balancing agile development with strategic focus. As we entered the development phase, I ensured seamless communication among team members and stakeholders, aligning on lean goals, user feedback loops, and feature prioritization. Lexlance is now well-positioned in its development journey, with a robust foundation and a strong, mission-driven team, ready to disrupt the legal services market by simplifying access to legal expertise.

- When the founder approached me with the idea, I collaborated closely with him and another product manager to bring the vision to life.
